Refund policy

Refunds or replacement items will be issued upon company receipt of said item(s).  Occasionally, packages get lost in transit for reasons outside of company control, in which case we will discuss options depending on the nature of the non-delivery which may or may not result in a refund or replaced items.  If you need help with a damaged product, please fill out a contact form and you will be reached as soon as possible to mitigate your situation.  Thank you for understanding and being a loyal customer.
