I started Tomahawk Jim's during COVID while I was in college, testing and mixing small batches late at night in my parents' basement. What began as a way to help pay for school became something much bigger when customers kept coming back for the flavor.

Nearly a decade of cooking in commercial kitchens shaped the way I built every blend. In a working kitchen, flavor has to be dependable, fast and useful across more than one dish. That is why Tomahawk Jim's seasonings are made for the food people actually cook—seafood, barbecue, chicken, vegetables, eggs, fries, snacks and everything in between.

Those early hand-mixed batches have grown into professionally produced and packed seasonings sold online and through Food Lion, Giant and independent retailers across Maryland and Delaware. The operation is larger now, but the standard has not changed: every blend has to earn its place in the cabinet.

Tomahawk Jim's is still independently owned, rooted on Maryland's Eastern Shore and focused on building bold flavors that make everyday cooking easier.
