Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Hot & Juicy
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp melted butter, optional

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F. Pat wings very dry.
  2. Toss with oil, baking powder and seasoning.
  3. Bake on a rack for 40 to 45 minutes, turning once, until crisp and at least 165°F.
  4. Toss with melted butter if using and finish with lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb peeled shrimp
  • 1½ tbsp Hot & Juicy
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. Toss shrimp with oil and seasoning.
  2. Sear in a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until opaque.
  3. Fill warm tortillas with cabbage, avocado and shrimp.
  4. Squeeze lime over the tacos and serve immediately.

  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. Grill corn over medium-high heat, turning, until lightly charred and tender.
