Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen or fresh-cut fries
  • 1½ tbsp True Crab Blend
  • 1 cup warm cheese sauce
  • ½ cup lump crab meat, optional
  • Chopped scallions, optional

Directions

  1. Bake or air-fry the fries until deeply crisp.
  2. Season immediately with True Crab Blend.
  3. Drizzle with warm cheese sauce and add crab meat if using.
  4. Finish with scallions and a light extra dusting of seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb shell-on shrimp
  • 2 tbsp True Crab Blend
  • 1 cup beer or water
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • Lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Bring beer and vinegar to a simmer in a covered pot with a steamer basket.
  2. Layer shrimp in the basket and season each layer.
  3. Cover and steam 5 to 7 minutes, until opaque and curled.
  4. Serve hot with lemon and a small bowl for shells.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp True Crab Blend, plus more to finish

Directions

  1. Halve the eggs and place yolks in a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon, vinegar and seasoning.
  3. Spoon or pipe the filling into the whites.
